The Website is operated on behalf of JP Motors Inc DBA Mathison Motors (the "Dealership," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a feature requires a separate acknowledgment or consent, that acknowledgment or consent will be requested separately.

You may browse the Website for lawful purposes. To submit a credit application or enter into a legally binding transaction, you must be legally eligible to do so and provide any required authorizations.

3. Vehicle Listings, Availability, and No Binding Offer

A listing does not guarantee that every listed feature or accessory is present; the Dealership should confirm material vehicle details with the customer.
An inquiry or financing request does not guarantee approval or particular transaction terms.
A vehicle sale or financing arrangement is governed by the applicable final agreements and mandatory disclosures, not by a website form alone.

Nothing in this section permits inaccurate or misleading advertising or overrides rights provided by applicable law.

4. Advertised Prices, Fees, and Government Charges

Advertised vehicle prices are intended to reflect the price at which any consumer can purchase the advertised vehicle, including mandatory charges imposed by the Dealership, other than charges the government requires the consumer to pay, consistent with applicable federal and state law.

5. Financing and Payment Information
